Hello Gorgeous!

Welcome! Our journey together will begin when you submit an appointment request, which can be done by filling out the form below and clicking submit. You can also click the button below for services and pricing information. I will then double check that the date, time, and service makes the most sense for your nail needs. You can expect an email from me within 24 hours confirming or rescheduling the appointment request. You will receive a text message once the appointment is put into my calendar. You will receive another text from my booking system a few days before your appointment date. Please click the link to confirm or contact me to reschedule or cancel. On the day of your appointment, the directions will lead you to the Penn Cann business park. Our suite is located at the first plaza with plenty of parking. You will see a big pink sign. Once you make your way inside, I will greet you at the door and lead you to my station. I will immediately get started on prepping your nails for the service chosen. During this time we can discuss the nail art you may be interested in and decide on a final look. Once that is out of the way, we can begin to get to know each other. 

We will finish your service with an Instagram photoshoot and advice on home maintenance. We will also schedule your next appointment at this time. 

 

***Please arrive on time with bare nails (regular polish or gel polish is ok). Clients with enhancements from another artist will be charged a removal fee. You will receive multiple texts from my booking system so please make sure to click the link to confirm. I do my best to accommodate everyone. Of course, life happens. Traffic, weather, accidents, etc - I get it. However, your tardiness will affect the remainder of the day and all other clients. For this reason, I have set a 15 minute late policy. If you are running late please call or text me to give notice. If you are able to make it, great! If not, you may have to forfeit your appointment. If you must cancel, please provide me a 24 hour notice, this way, I can adjust my schedule or accommodate those from my waiting list. I do understand unavoidable issues come up and I will do my best to work with you when these issues arise. No Shows will charged a $20 rescheduling fee.***
